About the tour

With Barceló Hotels hosting our events the tour is played in outstanding venues.  All matches are played on the worlds best pool tables custom built by SAM for GB9.  With Simonis 860 cloth and Aramith TV Pro Cup balls providing the finishing touches GB9 offers players the best playing experience possible.

After launch in 2008 the tour quickly cemented itself as the toughest and most respected national pool tour in Europe with a line up of players other nations can only envy, such as the 2007 World 9 ball champion - Daryl Peach; Former European number 1 - Mark Gray, 2008 World 10 ball champion - Darren Appleton, London's finest - Imran Majid and Raj Hundal,  and snooker legend Tony Drago to name but a few.

GB9 introduced an exciting new format with many advantages over the previous tours:

• Guaranteed prize money* with a prize fund at each tour stop exceeding £11000

• Matches drawn and match times published in advance of tournaments
