About the tour

After launch in 2008 the tour quickly cemented itself as the toughest and most respected national pool tour in Europe with a line up of players other nations can only envy, such as the 2007 World 9 ball champion - Daryl Peach; Former European number 1 - Mark Gray, 2008 World 10 ball champion - Darren Appleton, London's finest - Imran Majid and Raj Hundal,  and snooker legend Tony Drago to name but a few.

GB9 introduced an exciting new format with many advantages over the previous tours:

• Guaranteed prize money* with a prize fund at each tour stop exceeding £11500

• Matches drawn and match times published in advance of tournaments

• 2 separate divisions offering improved prize money potential for all standards of players
