To guarantee entry to the event players MUST contact the hotel to book rooms before the closing date for entries quoted above. Use the booking line quoted below. If you have not booked by this date the hotels will inform us and you will not be allowed to play in the event. It is important, therefore, to contact us to let us know if you are having any difficulty booking a room.
It is a condition of entry that all players stay at the hotel venue on the Friday and Saturday night, unless this is your first GB9 event since the tour moved to hotel venues in 2010.
Choice of accommodation is on a first-come-first-served basis and with a limited number of twin or family rooms available we strongly advise players to book early.
Rooms are priced at the preferential rate of £41 pppn shared occupancy or £65 pppn single occupancy, including breakfast and use of all hotel facilities.
