After submitting the form we will give you instructions on how to pay your entry fee of £120. Your entry fee must be paid in advance at least 2 weeks prior to the event, unless otherwise agreed with GB9. If you have already submitted your entry form and now wish to pay your fee details can be found on the payment page.
ALL players need to make sure that they are aware of all the following information (clicking the links opens a new window):
- GB9 Dress Code

- Match schedule
There will be no players meeting before this event.
To guarantee entry to the event players MUST contact the hotel to book rooms before the closing date for entries quoted above. Use the booking line quoted below. DO NOT book online or by any other method as this is likely to be more expensive and does not mark you down as being part of the GB9 event.
If you have not booked by this date the hotels will inform us and you will not be allowed to play in the event. It is important, therefore, to contact us to let us know if you are having any difficulty booking a room.
It is a condition of entry that all players stay at the hotel venue on the Friday and Saturday night.
Choice of accommodation is on a first-come-first-served basis and with a limited number of twin or family rooms available we strongly advise players to book early.
Rooms are priced at the preferential rate of £41 pppn shared occupancy or £65 pppn single occupancy, including breakfast and use of all hotel facilities.
