Section 2 - Your room:

It is a condition of membership that all players stay at the hotel venue on the Friday and Saturday night.  Rooms must be booked before the closing date for entries quoted above to ensure your entry is accepted (except for reserves contacted by GB9 after the deadline).  NO ROOM NO ENTRY!  For details of how to book your room please see the event details page here.

I confirm I have contacted the hotel direct as instructed (or another tour player has done so on my behalf) and booked the following:*

  I have booked a twin/double room with Barcelo and am sharing with

I understand and agree to the following:

• I am over 14 years of age.
• I must be present in the club and ready to play before the published start time of my match.
• By registering for this event I am liable to pay the appropriate non-refundable entry fee to GB 9 Ball Tour before the start of the event.
• It is a condition of entry to the event that I stay in the venue hotel on the Friday and Saturday night as a minimum.  If the venue hotel is full GB9 reserve the right to nominate an alternative hotel at a similar rate although we do not envisage having to do so.
