GB9 Room Share - Buxton

There are limited rooms available in the hotel so all players are encouraged to share where possible. If you need someone to share with please visit this thread on Pro9 and post details there.

Just to add to the above. At this point only players will be able to book into the hotel. Players will be unable to book for friends and family at this point. GB9 has a limited room allocation for the weekend as the hotel is very busy over this period, and we have to give priority to players attending the tournament.

Should further rooms become available closer to the date these will be made available for friends and family bookings once players are accomodated.

I know its last minute, but is anybody going to Buxton that fancies a room share? I have a twin room booked but have been let down at the last minute as the guy I'm meant to be sharing with can't afford to go on the tour. Also I'm driving up from the Essex area if anybody is up for a car share from the area.

Looks like Paul and I are sorted! Will there be any need for me to quote Paul's name under my reservation considering he isn't a player?

Also, I will need to stay the Sunday night also one place or the other - Paul seems to be leaving on the Sunday. Do we know if anybody else needs a Sunday night share. Not to worry if not, I'll settle for a single somewhere. Also, will we still qualify for a GB9 rate even if the event's finished or is it just Saturday and Sunday that the preferential rate applies?

Martyn, you will be able to get the preferential rate for the Sunday also. Just phone Monday to Friday 9-5 and quote GB9
