Important notices
As this is the first event of the 2009 season there will be a
Players Meeting at 4.30 pm prompt on the Friday evening, which all
2009 tour players are required to attend. There are a number
of formalities we will need to go through at this meeting, such as
advising about rules changes, welcoming our new members etc. Entry
This is a regular GB9 Tour Stop open to GB9 tour players only.
If you have been contacted by GB9 and offered a reserve place in this
event complete the Reserve Entry Form
and follow the instructions to pay your entry fee. Player

Players are requested to register with the tournament desk on
arrival at the venue and at least
30 minutes before their scheduled start of play. Venue:

All membership fees must be paid up to
date before the
start of play at this event. You may pay in cash at the event but in order to speed up the
registration process prior to the start of play we would prefer you to
pay in advance via bank transfer, paypal or cheque.
If paying by bank transfer this must leave your bank account by 5
January at the latest. Payments by cheque must arrive by 2 January at the latest. Paypal payments must be made by
7 January at the latest using cleared funds (credit/debit card or Paypal
balance). Failure to observe these deadlines will result in
you being asked to pay in cash at the event or forfeit your match.
Failure to pay
the instalment due will result in you being refused entry to this
and any subsequent events until arrears are paid. There will be
absolutely no exceptions and fees must be paid up to date prior to the
start of play. Draw:
At tour stop 1 the draws for all 3 tournaments will be published on
the notice board at the venue. For subsequent tour stops the draw
will be made on the Wednesday prior to the event and your start times
published here.
The actual draws will also be published on live scoring
site
shortly after the start of play
on the Friday night. Hotels:
Tour players are responsible for arranging their own accommodation.
If GB9 are aware of any suitable hotels close to the venue we will
