Use this form to enter any GB9 event whether you are a member of the tour or want to place yourself on the reserve list as a single event entrant.
It is a condition of entry that all players stay at the hotel venue on the Friday and Saturday night. This applies regardless of how close you may live to the venue.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION – FOR THE 2018 SEASON HOTEL ACCOMMODATION MUST BE BOOKED AND TOUR MEMBERS MUST COMPLETE AN EVENT ENTRY FORM AT LEAST 4 WEEKS BEFORE EACH EVENT.
IF YOU DO NOT BOOK YOUR ACCOMMODATION BY THE DEADLINE A £30 SUPPLEMENT WILL BE PAYABLE UPON REGISTRATION AT THE EVENT.
You must book your accommodation direct with the hotel BEFORE filling in this form. The hotel will provide a list of bookings after the event closing date and if your accommodation is not booked then your entry will not be accepted.
